At Open Goal Soccer, we believe soccer should be a game for everyone. Our programs are designed to welcome children of all abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles — because every child deserves the chance to play, grow, and belong.

This policy explains our commitment to accessibility and the adaptive supports we provide for families.

1. Inclusive Program Design

All of our programs — from Mini Kickers to Junior Development — are built with flexibility so children can participate at their own pace.
We use play-based, structured, and patient coaching methods to support a wide range of needs, including children who thrive with visual cues, step-by-step routines, or additional reassurance.

2. Adaptive Support for Families

Families are partners in the process. We work together to design an approach that meets each child where they are.
Coaches can provide pre-session routines, visual aids, and flexible practice structures to help children transition comfortably into play.
Parents are always welcome to share information about their child’s preferences, needs, and comfort strategies.

3. Accessible Environments

Most sessions are held in accessible public parks. We strive to select fields and spaces that are easy for families to reach and navigate.
During colder months, we may move sessions indoors, ensuring safe, accessible facilities for all children.

4. Training & Awareness

Our coaching team completes ongoing training in inclusive and adaptive practices, person-centered planning, and cultural humility.
We are committed to learning from families and experts so our programs grow more inclusive every season.
