Welcome to Open Goal Soccer Academy (“Open Goal Soccer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (opengoalsoccer.com) and participation in our programs and services.
By accessing our website or registering for any program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Registration and Eligibility

Registration is required before participating in any program.

Parents/guardians must complete all required intake forms and provide accurate information.

Children must meet the age or program requirements listed for each class.

Open Goal Soccer reserves the right to deny participation if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if safety standards cannot be met.
2. Payments and Refunds
Program Fees
All program fees (Soccer Foundations, Mini Kickers, Rising Stars, Junior Development, and One Goal) are inclusive of all taxes and processing fees. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden charges.
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
Merchandise & Gear
For apparel, uniforms, and soccer gear, applicable sales tax and shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be added at checkout. These items are fulfilled through trusted third-party partners (e.g., Printful, Modalyst). Returns and exchanges are managed according to our Merchandise Policy.
Refunds for Programs
Refunds are available as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (e.g., full refund for cancellations before the first official session; pro-rated options may apply for serious circumstances such as injury or relocation). Missed sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled within the same semester, based on coach availability.
Refunds for Merchandise
Refunds and exchanges for gear are handled as outlined in our Merchandise Policy. Processing times may vary depending on the vendor.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Wix Payments, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Transaction fees charged by these providers are non-refundable.
Some payment methods (e.g., Afterpay) may involve financing agreements. Families are responsible for reviewing those terms separately.
3. Attendance and Make-Up Sessions
Families are responsible for bringing players to scheduled sessions on time. If a session is missed, we will do our best to arrange a make-up within the same semester, subject to coach and field availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4. Uniforms and Equipment
Each child enrolled in a program receives an official Open Goal Soccer shirt as part of registration.
Players should wear athletic shorts, socks, and sneakers or cleats (sneakers required for indoor sessions).
Families are responsible for providing shin guards, water bottles, and other personal gear.
5. Safety and Conduct
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant health information to ensure a safe environment for all players.
Coaches and staff are trained in CPR/First Aid, child protection, and inclusive practices. Open Goal Soccer maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior by players, parents, or staff. Families are expected to model respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other families.
6. Media and Photography
We may take photos or videos during sessions to celebrate achievements and promote our programs. We will only share images of your child publicly with your consent, collected during registration. Parents may request removal of their child’s photo at any time.
7. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, firewalls, secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available, to protect personal and payment information. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized staff who are trained in privacy, security, and person-centered practices. Despite these safeguards, no system is completely secure. By using our site or submitting information, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks with transmitting information online. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law and provide guidance on protective steps. Families are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure and for ensuring their devices are updated with reasonable security protections.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Open Goal Soccer or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in soccer involves physical activity and some risk of injury. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Open Goal Soccer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss occurring during programs, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct. Open Goal Soccer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering or using our site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in our programs or use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
