Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Open Goal Soccer, families trust us not only with their child’s development but also with their time and commitment. We understand that life happens — schedules change, kids grow in different directions, and unexpected challenges can arise. That’s why our refund and cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for families with the integrity of our programs and community values.

 

⚽ Program Registrations

1. Trial Session Guarantee

  • Every new family receives a trial session to ensure the program is the right fit.

  • If, after the trial, you decide not to continue, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Cancellations Before the Program Starts

  • Cancel anytime before the first official session for a 100% refund.

3. Cancellations After the Program Has Begun

  • Once the program begins, fees are generally non-refundable, as spots are limited and resources are planned in advance.

  • However, families experiencing serious challenges (injury, relocation, hardship) may contact us at 📧 hello@opengoalsoccer.com. We will work with you on possible solutions, such as a credit toward a future program or a partial pro-rated refund.

4. Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions may be made up within the same semester, based on coach availability.

  • Refunds or credits are not provided for individual missed classes.

5. Program Cancellations by Open Goal

If Open Goal Soccer cancels a program due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, families will receive either:

  • A make-up session (when possible), or

  • A pro-rated refund/credit if make-up sessions cannot be arranged.

🛍️ Merchandise Orders

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want every family to feel confident in their purchase. Merchandise (apparel, uniforms, and gear) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us directly at 📧 hello@opengoalsoccer.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and coordinate with our fulfillment partners (Printful or Modalyst) on your behalf.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional charge.
