1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Customized or pre-order items (such as personalized jerseys) may take 7–10 business days to produce before shipment.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Local Pickup (when available)

All delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather or supply-chain conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free economy shipping may be available for orders over a published minimum (when offered).

  • Local delivery options or pickup may be offered during active soccer seasons.

4. Delivery and Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Open Goal Soccer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and then email our support team within 7 days.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Open Goal Soccer ships within the United States only.
If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to inquire about special arrangements, please contact our team at support@opengoalsoccer.com.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • We take shipping security seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at support@opengoalsoccer.com within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and item(s).

  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim when appropriate.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Open Goal Soccer protects your personal and payment information using encrypted checkout and secure data storage.
We never share, sell, or disclose customer data except as required to fulfill your order or comply with the law.
